Building information from Seattle Condo Authority, separate from the MLS listing data below. Full profiles: Nexus · Spire

Jeff's take: Nexus

Nexus is one of the most recognizable new towers downtown, with a floor-plan mix that runs from efficient urban studios to large upper-floor homes. It is a strong fit for buyers who want a brand-new building and are price-sensitive on entry, but selective on view up high.

Jeff's take: Spire

Spire brought a genuinely modern high-rise to Belltown, and the amenity package is one of the strongest in the city. It trades younger and more design-forward than the older towers, so the buyer pool skews to people who want turnkey and new-building systems.
