Building information from Seattle Condo Authority, separate from the MLS listing data below. Full profiles: Cosmopolitan · Nexus

Jeff's take: Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan is a solid downtown high-rise that tends to offer more space per dollar than the newest towers, with an amenity set that holds up. A good pick for buyers who want a real one or two bedroom footprint without paying the newest-building premium.

Jeff's take: Nexus

Nexus is one of the most recognizable new towers downtown, with a floor-plan mix that runs from efficient urban studios to large upper-floor homes. It is a strong fit for buyers who want a brand-new building and are price-sensitive on entry, but selective on view up high.
