There is a Manchester Water District line on Nevada St. Topography appears to b good.The lot is considered a long term investment counting on the surrounding properties to be developed. This lot is not practically buildable by itself. The access is a county right away, it is not developed. To develop that road you have to do it to county specifications. It is possible to vacate the road to make your own access but that takes cooperation with the neighbors.
